There was a problem when I received the item and I send a message with photo and you all send a new item without any problem.
My order arrived promptly but unfortunately damaged. I was concerned especially because I had ordered it for my son graduating from a specialty school that I was traveling to so there was a time issue. I emailed that day and they responded promptly and had a new item in the mail
